At WrestleMania Backlash on Sunday, Ronda Rousey won the SmackDown Women's Championship by defeating Charlotte Flair in an I Quit match.

According to the source, the injury angle was planned to take Flair out of the spotlight, and WWE Creative was informed that Charlotte would be taking a break.
