52-Year-old Joe Rogan has had quite a career. He’s worked on television, takes delight in making people crack up when on stage, and is perhaps best known for being in front of a microphone as a podcast host.

In 2009, his podcast, The Joe Rogan Experience, was launched, and it soon became one of the most viewed and listened to podcasts on the planet. His style as a host and interviewer puts his guests at ease and has seen him elicit many great discussions over the years on a variety of different topics.

Due to his foray into different industries, he’s met a lot of interesting characters and great people along the way. Aside from his professional duties, he’s struck up friendships with a lot of these people, friendships that have stood the test of time, have remained intact and strong to this day. 15 Dana White

Both Joe Rogan and Dana White are strong, bolshie characters, unafraid to voice their opinions. Sure, the duo has had their differences over the years. As a commentator and MMA enthusiast, Joe was always going to speak frankly. But it was Dana who brought him into the UFC as a commentator, and recognized his potential. They struck up a friendship that has remained strong ever since.

14 Duncan Trussell

Fellow podcast host and comedian Duncan Trussell have enjoyed some good moments on Joe’s podcast. The friendship was evident for all to see. The conversation flowed and they were at ease around each other. Joe’s also tweeted: “I’m a very fortunate person, but by far I’m most lucky with the quality of friends I have,” and tagged Duncan Trussell in the tweet.

13 Brian Redban

Joe Rogan and comedian Brian Redban go back a long way. They’ve known each other for decades having collaborated on a number of projects in the early days before Joe’s podcast took off. Redban was even Joe’s co-host for a period. Although they no longer work together, they’re still friends and Brian’s still an occasional guest on Joe’s podcast.

Joe Rogan’s friends with a lot of those on the comedy circuit, including veteran comedian and performer, Dom Irrera. Dom’s been a guest on Joe’s podcast and is pretty close with Joe. When they’re going through tough times, Joe feels it too, and when times are good, Joe couldn’t be happier.
